Continued Health and Safety for our Students and Staff
We have continued to provide a safe, healthy space for our performers to learn, grow, socialize, and be active, especially during this unique time in their lives.
I want to share with you the health and safety protocols we will have in place during our in-person instruction.
Boss Academy will still be a hug and handshake free zone. We can all continue to welcome and greet everyone with smiles and virtual hugs!
Performers should enter the building wearing masks.
Performers may bring their bag into class with them and they will have their own cubbies for storage.
Upon entry into the classroom, teachers will take student temperatures and sanitize their hands and feet. Any student who has a temperature of 100.3 or higher will not be able to continue the class and we will contact a parent/guardian to pick them up.
Performers are not required to wear masks during class but must wear it when leaving the classroom to visit the rest room.
At the end of class time, students will be dismissed and should be picked up outside of the building. Please make every effort to be on time.
Students who are at the studio for multiple classes will be asked to sanitize their hands in between classes.
To limit the amount of people in the building, our lobby will be a closed area.
If you need to purchase attire or other items, would like to pay tuition, or have questions for the office, you may enter the building 10 minutes after the beginning of the class time. Feel free to call or email ahead!
Parents/Guardians must wear a mask while in the building.
Parents/Guardians are welcome to wait in your car or drop-off and come back at the end of class time.
Restrooms will be stocked with soap and paper towels and continue to be cleaned daily. Hand sanitizer will also be available.
Between classes, we will be cleaning high contact surfaces.
The studio will be cleaned at the end of each day.
And of course, we ask that you keep your student home from class if they have COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to someone who tests positive.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me at kathyjo@bossacademy.net or 781-293-0905.
